Currency rates look old or unavailable
Open Settings to see the provider date, then choose Refresh now. Frankfurter publishes reference rates on working days. If you are offline, UnitDeck keeps the last validated rates or labels its approximate offline values.
A cooking conversion looks unexpected
Check the ingredient shown in the converter. Weight-to-volume results depend on density and are approximate. Flour, sugar, honey, butter, and other ingredients produce different results for the same cup measurement.
Numbers use unexpected punctuation or rounding
Open Settings → General to change precision, thousands separators, fractional inches, and your preferred unit system. Currency retains at least two decimal places when needed.
Change favorites or pinned categories
Open Settings → Manage favorites to remove saved conversions. Open Categories to pin or unpin converters. To erase every local preference and cached rate, delete and reinstall UnitDeck; an eligible Pro purchase can then be recovered with Restore Purchase.
Restore UnitDeck Pro
Open the UnitDeck Pro screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed in to the Apple Account that originally bought Pro. Check your connection and try again if Apple cannot complete the restore. Contact support if the purchase still is not recognized.
